Hi, I'm Donna Rokowski — owner of The Coastal Tote Rental. I'm a local South Hillsborough County family who got tired of the cardboard waste every time we moved. So I built a better way — and now I'm sharing it with my neighbors across Apollo Beach, Riverview, Sun City Center, Ruskin, and beyond.

Every rental keeps hundreds of cardboard boxes out of landfills. Better for you, better for our Gulf Coast community.

Rental Agreement — The Coastal Tote Rental

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

Equipment Responsibility

You are responsible for all rented totes and equipment from delivery until pickup is completed. All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear excepted.

Damage or Loss

Replacement costs: Tote (bin + lid): $10 each · Tote Dolly: $40 · Hand truck: $150. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the card used at checkout.

Late Returns

20 totes: $40/extra week or $7/extra day
40 totes: $60/extra week or $9/extra day
60 totes: $80/extra week or $12/extra day
Hand truck: $40/extra week or $6/extra day standalone; $20/week or $3/day with package

Pickup Access

All totes must be empty, accessible, smoke-free, and ready for pickup. If not accessible, additional fees may apply.

Proper Use

Totes may NOT be used for: hazardous materials, liquids without proper sealing, or illegal/damaging contents. You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or smoke damage.

Liability

The Coastal Tote Rental is not liable for injury or damage to personal property during use. You assume all risks.

Non-Return & Replacement Charges

If equipment is not returned within 30 days and no extension is arranged, it will be considered unreturned. You authorize The Coastal Tote Rental to charge your card for replacement costs. Returned items after charges may be refunded at our discretion.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Shared only to complete your rental or comply with legal obligations.
